I Bet You Were Unaware About This Tsunami
We all have seen or heard of the tragic Tsunami and its after-effects on people and their surroundings. It leaves behind a massive aftermath that seems almost impossible to recover from and recreate everything again.
There is a new type of Tsunami that most people are unaware of today but it has hit the surface and can cause big destruction anytime soon.
This tsunami is the tsunami of opinions and suggestions that we have on the internet. Even my blogs are my opinions and I am also a part of this tsunami wave. (#SorryNotSorry)
Tsunami of Opinions

Internet is flooded with numerous opinions, voices, and suggestions about everything from hair care, makeup, beauty to motivation, inspiration, and money. All those wackiest topics in your mind which are screaming to be searched on the internet, you’ll get information about all of them and that too with images and videos!!
Who is right, who is wrong?

Since there are 100’s of opinions about the same topic, then how will you filter out what is right and what’s wrong? How will you know what works for you and what is simply an impractical opinion?
You’ll feel lost under those voices and suggestions of others and you’ll probably never be able to raise your own voice.
How to Filter this Tsunami?

Whenever you are reading something on the internet or in a book, don’t accept it as a fact that cannot be proven wrong. It is just the author’s opinion and it might not be true for you. I’ll give you my example…
If you have read one of my previous blogs, I have a slightly bumpy bone below my neck, so I was an overthinking nerve wreck who didn’t use to apply logic when it came to reading on Google and I read somewhere that it might be a lump and it might be cancerous. And I thought that ‘Oh shit! I have cancer?’ (Yeah, so naïve and dumb of me to consider Wikipedia as my doctor! Don’t do that kid!! Go visit a real doctor!)
I went to the doctor, even had an X-ray done and as expected it came out to be nothing but a deformity in one of my bones which might have been since I was a child but I noticed it now!!
Not everything you see online is true! APPLY LOGIC and THEN BELIEVE. (#SelfReminder)
Be 100% Sure

Before blindly following people’s footsteps, you have to be 100% sure that it is effective and it works properly for everybody and not just for them!!
How?

If you are buying any product, so instead of going for a celebrity’s recommendation, check out the reviews under those products, what others are saying about the same product. Ask in your family or friends if they have heard about that product from someone and what are its reviews.
Then take a decision that if it is worth buying or not.
Wear your Life Jacket
We are our own saviors so, choose wisely what you are seeing and what you are imbibing. Our subconscious mind plays an active role in determining our character and behavior that we don’t even realize what it is picking up and making us do… (Yeah, it is scary to imagine that!)

Protect yourself from the negative opinions and views that people have about somebody or something. It is their opinion. You have to create your own. Don’t judge a book by its cover, instead read that book and check it out for yourself!
GO WEAR YOUR LIFE JACKET AND GET READY TO SWIM IN THE TSUNAMI OF OPINIONS BUT DON’T DROWN IN IT, RISE ABOVE IT AND CONQUER!!
Also, if you want to ask some life-related questions, you can chat with me by clicking on that side chat box and let’s bond over some positive vibes!!
Until then, live positively and happily!
XOXO

Great points! So often we get caught up in the flood waters of opinions then go off half cocked, often forgetting things that really matter most in life.
You have said the actual reality of today!! I completely agree with you!!
Thank you for your valuable insights!!

Great post! So many people are quick to assume anything they read must be correct, and that’s SO far from the truth. It’s important to learn how to separate facts from opinions from complete fiction.
I completely agree with you!! There is a thin line between opinions and facts and often we confuse the two terms. We all should be aware of the fact that whatever we see, can or cannot be the actual reality.
Thank you for sharing your insights and for your appreciation!!
